Glenfiddich 18 year old

This is a very smooth and complex whisky, with it’s spiciness coming from the ex-bourbon barrels with a sweet smoothness from the Oloroso sherry casks.  The flavours are similar to that of the 12 year old but with more depth and bigger flavours.  With a few drops of water cutting the dryness brings out more flavours.
