This one was originally called Havana Rum Cask but as the line up was streamlined it is now known as the 21 year old Caribbean rum cask. Glenfiddich has control over the casks from 3 different rums. The sweet floral nose carries a hint of toffee and oak with smoke and peppery citrus on the palate giving it a long spicy finish.
