A very smooth older brother to the founders reserve, first aged in oak casks and then transferred to sherry casks to complete the maturation. The nose is powerful yet full of flavour, a good mouth feel with more than a hint of oak and sherry completed with a lingering finish. |

Drawn from a single cask with the cask number, date laid to rest and the date bottled are all hand written on the label reminds us that it's really hand made. Each bottle will be different depending on the cask and contains a higher alcohol content thus creating a sharp nose but on the palate this is very clean and clear enabling one to taste the many flavours from the years. |

"Probably the finest highland whisky", this quote on the label aptly describes the smooth grassy, caramelly contents of the bottle. An amazing malt, with an incredible syrupy mouth feel. This bottling is out of production never to be seen again, definitely the best sherry cask dram! |
