Macallan

Life for Macallan began in 1824 as the Elchies distillery on the Spey river between Rothe and Dufftown and has been dubbed “The Rolls Royce” of single malts.  The Macallan whiskies come from malts aged exclusively in sherry casks giving it a rich smooth flavour.  The stills used to make the Macallan are of the smallest in Scotland -Edradour’s are smaller.
